Had a spigot burst on the last freeze we had. I ed Stinson up and they were able to get out the next day. In about an hour they had it replaced and working again. Fast response and quick work. Will definitely use again.

Would not recommend. Pretty much go anywhere else.-“Fixed” clog was not “fixed”-kept slamming my doors shut because they apparently didn’t have time to do it gently-left door open when I have pets in the house that could get out.

The owner showed up with his crew and took care of business. Good to see a man that leads from the front and not afraid to show up and get the job done. We are happy with his work.

They stood us up multiple times. They would say they were coming, schedule a time and we would take off work to be home and they never showed up. This happened multiple times. No call to advise of the no show. I would steer clear of this company unless you want a headache on your hands!

Edit: Not sure what you're talking about as my name is clearly on my profile. Your technicians came out Tuesday January 23rd to my home in Scottsville, KY.Had Stinson's change out two busted pipes one of which went to the washer. I called back to tell them the washer water is not working correctly since they changed the pipe and the rude person that answered the phone yelled over me before I was even done talking, "You need to get somebody else to come out there." Unbelievable. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
